Social Media Intern

The DIOSA social media intern will be responsible for frequent, daily, and timely updates to all DIOSA social media outlets: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Blog. Your main project (and resume builder) will be to create a social media plan to increase user interaction across all of DIOSA's social media outlets. You will communicate and present your strategy to me and my associates, set project goals/milestones, and provide status on your progress. And, more importantly, execute your proposed strategy. 

 Qualifications

  • Currently attending a (or have graduated from) a higher education institute preferred
  • Currently running a successful social media platform. For example, a blog or twitter account
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Availability throughout the day for social media updates 
  • Flexible schedule for meetings with me 
  • 3 professional/industry references 

 Additional Details

  • Duration: 3 months, negotiable 
  • Unpaid internship 
  • Flexible hours 
  • Remote work OK, USA only. You do not have to be located in NYC (preferred but not required)
  • Access to & proficient user of smartphone, computer, Skype, & related apps

DIOSA Operations Assistant


The DIOSA Operations Assistant is an essential and integral part of our team, working closely with founder of DIOSA nails on daily operations and special projects. Daily operations include inventory management, DIOSA events assistance, scheduling meetings, partner outreach, occasional sales representative duties.  

Qualifications/Skills:

  • New York City resident
  • Strong interpersonal skills as you interact with many people, ranging from colleagues to customers
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Tools
  • Flexible Hours (some paid work, mostly evenings and occasional weekends)
  • Professional references
